The Contributions of Dr. Yeong-charng Yen to Taiwan Orthodontists
 Dr. Yeong-charng Yen served as the clinical associate professor in the Department of Orthodontics, Taipei Medical University. He devotes his time to teach the graduate students of the Taipei Medical University and to elevate the orthodontic standards & levels of the future young generation of Taiwan orthodontists.
Besides that, Dr. Yen also cooperated with 3M company, Taipei Medical University Alumni Association and other orthodontic teaching institutes to sponsor the Taiwan Orthodontic Elite Forum once each year and to share the excellent clinical experiences with other orthodontists in Taiwan. The ultimate goals is to elevate the standards and levels of the clinical orthodontists in Taiwan and eventually to benefit all the patients in Taiwan.
Dr. Yen and other orthodontists took pictures together with international speaker in the Taiwan Orthodontic Elite Forum.
Dr. Yen took picture with international speaker, Chairman, Dr. Chen of the Orthodontic Department of Orthodontics, NTU and 3M company representatives in the Taiwan Orthodontic Elite Forum.
Dr. Yen as the speaker to lecture in the meeting and to discuss with other orthodontists.
Dr. Yen served as the Chairperson in the meeting hosted by 3M Company in the meeting with international speaker.
Dr. Yen served as the Chairperson in the Taiwan Orthodontic Society dated August 23, 2013 in the annual meeting at Taipei Ambassador Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan.
Dr. Yen delivered the Plaque of Appreciation to Taiwan Orthodontist dated August 23, 2013 in the Taiwan Orthodontic Society annual meeting at Taipei Ambassador Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan.
Dr. Yen delivered the Plaque of Appreciation to Dr. Makato Maeda, Vice President of the Japanese Association of Orthodontists dated August 23, 2013 in the Taiwan Orthodontic Society annual meeting in Taipei Ambassador Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan.
Dr. Yeong-charng Yen also served as the Chairman of the International Development Committee of Taiwan Association of Orthodontists (TAO) for 2 years from January 1st, 2009 to December 31, 2010 and TAO Representative of the Executive Committee Member (ECM) of the Executive Committee of the Asian Pacific Orthodontic Society (APOS) since October 25, 2011 to December 31, 2012.
During this nearly four years, Dr. Yen has actively engaged into the international orthodontic world to help TAO members to promote and enhance the relationship among the TAO and other international orthodontic Associations/Socities; especially the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO), Asian Pacific Orthodontic Society (APOS), European Orthodontic Society (EOS) and the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).
